Size issue? No worries! We offer easy exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange is allowed for size-related issues only. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Customer must inform us within 3 days of delivery for exchange eligibility.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is available for:
- Size-related issues only - Wrong size, size too small, or size too large
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Product must be in original packaging with all tags intact
- Customer must inform us within 3 days of delivery
Exchange is NOT available for:
- Color or design preference changes
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
2. How to Request Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number and registered email
- Reason for exchange (size issue)
- Preferred size for replacement
- Photos of the product in original condition

3. Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Inform us within 3 days of delivery about the size issue.
- Approval: We'll verify your request and confirm exchange eligibility.
- Return Pickup: We'll arrange a reverse pickup for the original product.
- Quality Check: Once received, we'll inspect the product to ensure it's unused and in original condition.
- Dispatch: After approval, we'll dispatch the replacement size within 48 hours.
- Delivery: The replacement will be delivered to your address free of charge.
4. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team while the order status is �Processing�.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty.
- If the order has already been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Custom or made-to-order garments are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes our quality inspection. To be eligible for a refund, ensure:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund. Accessories, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash-on-delivery orders receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.

If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank; processing times can vary.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or videos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup and process an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
